The roles performed evolved supporting the specific needs of SHA at each stage beginning with Programme Manager focused on updating the Programme Initiation Document (PID) during Stage 2 exit to the role of Programme Planner responsible for creating and maintaining a single Stage 3 Programme Plan. Implementation of a customer services shared service organisation including the TUPE transfer of staff to deliver key financial benefits for the partner’s involved.

Implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and associated business processes into a multi-partner, multi-site customer services organisation. Included leading an integrated team made up of business analysts, development team members, Hewlett Packard and Deloitte consultants alongside operational representatives.

Reporting directly to the Director of Resources to project manage the implementation of an Oracle 11i resource management system. Project launch included working with key stakeholders and the third party supplier to lead development of the initiation document, project plan risk and issue logs necessary to deliver the business case. The project was successfully delivered mitigating a significant risk to the Police Authority in transitioning to a new resource management solution including new and improved business processes. Wiltshire police was one of only five police authorities to have done so nationally at the time. Post implementation activity included development of a detailed employee and line manager intranet based self-service definition document/ detailed business case.

Additional engagements whilst working with Wiltshire Police involved reporting to the Deputy Chief Constable to manage an integrated improvement programme with specific responsibility for delivery of a number of projects which were both technology and non-technology based.

Voyager Solutions associate consultant at T-Mobile initially as an independent ERP specialist, based on experience gained at Rolls-Royce Plc and latterly as an implementation expert working alongside change agents and the SAP development team. The project went live and on time over two phases without any disruption to either the network or handset supply aspects of the business.
